Mahindra Launches Yuvo Tech+ 575 With Bigger 9-Speed Gearbox

Mahindra has rolled out the Yuvo Tech+ 575, a 50 HP addition to its popular Yuvo range aimed at farmers who need finer control over working and road speeds. The headline change is a 9-forward, 3-reverse gearbox, up from the 8-speed unit on the outgoing DI models, giving operators an extra ratio for haulage runs on the highway.

Mahindra says the new model also gets a bump in lift capacity to 1,800 kg, allowing it to handle heavier disc harrows and cultivators without straining the hydraulics. The cabin gets minor updates too, including a more cushioned seat and a repositioned instrument cluster that the company says improves visibility during rotavator work.

Dealers in Punjab and Haryana have already started taking bookings, with first deliveries expected within four to six weeks depending on the region. Pricing starts at approximately 7.4 lakh rupees ex-showroom, positioning it just above the long-running 575 DI XP Plus.

Industry watchers note that the wider gear spread is a response to competition from Sonalika and Swaraj, both of which have pushed 9 and 12-speed options in the same HP band over the past two seasons.
